The reliability and continuous development of VPS Group's operations are built on ethically sustainable operations. It is important that everyone reports suspected misconduct, so that we at VPS can prevent or rectify all misconduct and prevent damage caused by such misconduct. Reporting misconduct gives VPS the opportunity to develop its own operations so that any future misconduct detected will not be repeated.

You don't need to have perfect evidence to support your suspicions. Reasonable suspicion of possible misconduct is sufficient, but the report must be made honestly and sincerely.

The whistleblowing channel can help us to identify and prevent serious risks to individuals, VPS Group, society or the environment where misconduct relates to any of the following topics:

  • accounting, auditing and anti-bribery, internal accounting audits, banking and financial crimes
  • problems of consumer protection or restrictions of competition
  • problems with privacy and/or processing of personal data
  • deficiencies in network and information systems, or
  • other serious violations related to the interests of the VPS Group or the life or health of individuals, such as major deficiencies in occupational safety, serious environmental offences or serious discrimination or harassment.

The notification can be made anonymously or leave your own contact information, in which case the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject. The reporting channel is maintained by an external partner, Finland Chamber of Commerce. Other information related to the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy statement of the reporting channel:
